Sunday to Thursday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Fridays and Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Last entry at 9:15 PM. Trip bookings (schools, companies, etc.) are from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Most activities are suitable for ages 8 and above. The Floating Trampoline and Boat Tour are available from age 5. Each activity has its own age, height, and weight requirements displayed on its page.
Individual bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the visit for a full refund. Trip bookings (schools, companies) can be cancelled up to 72 hours before with deposit refund. Birthday and special event bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Safety is our number one priority! Every activity has strong safety harnesses, secure steel cables, and is monitored by our highly experienced and trained team at every moment. All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to international standards.
We accept online payment via Visa/MasterCard, Fawry, and Mobile Wallets. For trip bookings (schools, companies), payment arrangements are confirmed with our sales team. Individual bookings require full payment online at the time of booking.
Yes, outside food is allowed in the park. We also have a cafeteria where you can buy drinks and snacks to enjoy by the lake.
Yes, parking is available near the park entrance. Parking fee is 100 EGP.
The minimum number for a school, corporate, or group trip booking is 25 persons.
The activities are not suitable for heart patients, pregnant women, or those with a phobia of heights. Maximum weight allowed is 120 kg. Each activity has specific requirements listed on its page.
